China International Water & Electric Corp. (中国）	中国水利電力対外公司(CWE)は、ラオス中部、ヴィエンチャン県ヒンフープ郡から同県南に隣接したヴィエンチャン都ナーサーイトーン郡間における、長さ71.5kmに及ぶ230kV送電線の建設を主とした、230kV送電線及び変電所プロジェクト完工したと発表した。
Gazprom(ロシア）	Gazpromとロイヤル・ダッチ・シェル(英・蘭)は、サハリン2プロジェクトにおける、第三LNG生産トレイン建設計画に合意し、ガスプロムCEOアレクセイ・ミレル氏と、シェルCEOベン・ヴァン・ビューデン氏を交え、協議行った。
