Foster Wheeler Corporation（米国）：	Foster Wheeler社とAMEC社(英国)は、AMEC社によるFoster Wheeler社買収に向け、最終合意に至った(希薄化後のFoster Wheeler社の資本金は約33億米ドルほど)。今回の合意により、雇用者数は4万人以上、展開する関連プロジェクトと事業所は50ヶ国以上に広がり、石油及び天然ガス市場におけるオフショア・オンショア上流事業において、競争力の強化を図る。年間歳入は約10億米ドルとなる見込み。
Keppel Corporation(シンガポール）：	Keppel FELS Limited(Keppel O&Mの子会社)は、新規顧客であるFecon International Corp社より、同社製KFELS B Classジャッキアップリグ供給に係る契約を締結した。これにより同社は、同ジャッキアップリグ3基を2016年下半期を目途に納入する。契約額は約6億5000万米ドルほど。
SMS Siemag（ドイツ）：	SMS Mevac社は、現代製鉄(韓国)より、韓国西部、唐津市における製鋼二次精錬所向けに、RH製鋼二次精錬設備を供給する契約を締結した。契約は、基礎データ、基本・詳細設計、同設備の主基の運搬、設置時における現場監督、及び試運転を含む。同精錬所は2015年中期に運転開始を予定している。
Technip（フランス）：	Technipは、アブダビ海上鉱区石油操業会社（ADMA-OPCO）より、ザクム石油パイプライン更新プロジェクトフェーズ1（ZKOL)のEPC段階向けプロジェクト管理コンサルタントサービスの提供に係る契約を獲得した。本プロジェクトは、ザクム油田における老朽化したパイプラインの交換を目的としたもので、フェーズ1では、90kmに及ぶパイプラインの交換及び付随する改修工事が行われ、2016年までに完工する見込み。
